Ghulam Ali
Ghulam Ali is one of the most famous Sufi singer world had ever witnessed. He was born in 1940 at the Kaleke village in the district of Sialkot which is in present Pakistan. He received this musical gene from his family as his father was a maestro in sarangi and a vocalist. It was his father who steered the boy towards music in his childhood itself. He was a student of Bade Ghulam Ali Khan who belonged to Patiala Gharana. Under the able guidance of Bade Ghulam Ali Khan and his three brothers, Ghulam Ali became a jewel in the world of Sufi Music.
Ghulam Ali had sung many notable songs and ghazals in a career spanning over more than four decades. Some of his songs worth mentioning are:-

These songs of Ghulam Ali are some of the best songs sung by this ace Sufi singer. He started his career singing ghazals for radio. At that time of his career he started composing ghazals on his own. His first appearance in Bollywood came when he gave his voice to a song called “Chupke Chupke Rat DIn” in “Nikaah”. This singer is known for his blending of Gharana skills into Sufi Music. He had sung songs in different languages such as Nepali, Punjabi and many more.
